We are a loving community of disciples making disciples!

Bethlehem Lutheran Church, located in Pemberville, OH, is an active church with a small-town feel. Our congregation is formal but friendly and we welcome you no matter where you are in your spiritual journey. Bethlehem Lutheran Church is a member of the Northwest Ohio Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Our worship includes singing hymns, reading from Scripture, hearing the sermon, sharing God’s peace, and celebrating Holy Communion weekly. Any baptized Christian regardless of church membership is welcome to commune with us. Following service, faith formation classes for youth and adults are offered.

We have numerous groups and activities for members to be involved in including BLC Women, Priscilla Circle (women's Bible study), Portage Valley Federation of Lutheran Men, choir, bell choir, knotting, and dartball. Our congregation also supports many outreach programs and missions. Locally, we are the host site for the community food pantry and the WCCOA Pemberville Senior Center, and we charter the local Cub Scout Pack and Scouts BSA Troops. We support needs outside our borders through Mission Honduras, Lutheran World Relief and Missions International of America - Haiti.
